Store is always clean. I would have given it 5 stars but shopping there is expensive. That said, the produce section is fantastic. The freshness is a given. Unlike some other stores where you better use it right away. Cashiers and young men who bag the groceries and take them to the car can't be beat when it comes to courtesy and respect.

This is my favorite location. People that work here are always nice and helpful. This store will actually order products you ask for unlike other stores. I only wish they would put plugs higher up on electric scooters. The lady at service desk was nice to help me when I asked though. Will definitely come here before going to other locations.
At the clean store they run to some pretty good specials. I like to buy them one. Get one free days. Other than that, it's a grocery store at least it ain't Walmart. I hate Walmart

What I like about brookshires is that when u go in people actually greet u, unlike Walmart in Longview, Walmart could care less about u as a customer unlike brookshires, brookshires has the used to service grocery stores had and lost. Love brookshires
